-Establish a modern setup with out patients and in patients facilities together with modern diagnostics and Pathological investigation services to provide comprehensive medical and disability interventions for the population of the project area.

• i)Creating facilities and access for rural people to modern curative health care services at the hospital through proper consultation, investigation, treatment, surgery, referral and disability rehabilitation services
  
• ii)Raising community awareness and education community people about Primary Health Care (PHC), Personal Hygiene, Immunization, Nutrition, Safe water and Sanitation and disability issues
  
• iii) Establishing linkage and coordination with the tertiary level hospitals to refer patients for advanced treatment where necessary

• Consultation and treatment (outpatients): 45,000 people per year
• Awareness of Drug Abuse: 720 people per year and treatment of drug addicted: 170 per year
• Training of TBA: 600 TBA
• Clinical treatment(inpatients): 38,400 people per year
• Surgical intervention: 24,000 people per year
• Referral service: 5,100 people per year
• A telemedicine system will be set up to save patients life through prompt and appropriate consultation
• Rehabilitation of disabled persons: 150 persons with disability
